Watershed Design

I appreciate the way this sink sets priorities. Need a quick rinse or drink? Step to the right, please. More involved or time-consuming tasks are better served at the larger basin on the left. The central counter area is a shared territory. pibamarmi.it

  1. Another fascinating choice. Pibamarmi's windowless displays have a hushed, almost funerary quality about them, which might leave some people uncomfortable. I'm not sure I like this particular sink — I much prefer the longer charcoal version — though I do admire its ruthless simplicity. But, no handles, no buttons? Is it the sink of the future or only a symbolic sink?

  2. Perhaps it is a sink for a drought-stricken world?
